Road haulage solutions are incredibly adaptable, having the capacity to link domestically and internationally. transportation offers a greener, more efficient, safer future through sophisticated technology. Symmetry asymmetry exist widely in industrial applications, logistics supply chains no exception. The multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) model is considered as complexity tool balance symmetry between goals conflicting criteria. This study can assist stakeholders understanding current state of networks planning sustainability measures MCDM approach. main purpose this paper evaluate compare sustainable development existing road systems determine whether any them be effectively developed Organization for Economic Cooperation Development (OECD) countries. integrated entropy–CoCoSo approach evaluating introduced, framework process proposed. entropy method defines weight decision criteria based on real data. advantage that it reduces subjective impact decision-makers increases objectivity. CoCoSo applied ranking performance OECD Our findings revealed top three countries’ performance: Japan, Germany, France. These countries with infrastructure services. Iceland, United States, Latvia were last rank among helps governments, decision-makers, or policyholders review operation, benchmark other devise new strategies achieves better results.
